Taipei City Mall can satisfy the needs of all types of visitors with its vast array of fine foods, electronics, department store goods, and clothing, and attracts dense throngs of shoppers on weekends and holidays. The old Taipei city wall was located in this area. Visitors can find the only remaining city gate—the North Gate (Chengen Gate), and piece together the image of the majestic city wall. The Taipei Beimen Post Office is right across from the North Gate. Its external walls were built with granolithic and the anti air raid light brown mosaic tiles from Beitou Kiln were installed on them. Across from the Taipei Beimen Post Office is Futai Street Mansion, a two-story building of classic European style, built with wood and stone. Nearby Hankou Street is Taipei's famous "camera street," which visitors will not miss out.

Transportation: Take the MRT Bannan Line or Tamsui-Xinyi Line to Taipei Main Station, and follow the signs to the Taipei City Mall.
