09:00~11:00	Strolling through the Neishuangxi Nature Forest Park
This 104-hectare forest park is the largest of its kind in Taipei and a giant gemstone in Shilin District. It is also known as “Little Xitou” for the various landforms and ecological diversity.
11:30~13:30	Lunch at farm-themed restaurants
Along the stretch of Zhishan Rd. between Waishuangxi and Yangmingshan, or the “back garden” of Taipei, a number of cozy restaurants stand along with hiking trails and other mountain getaways to meet the growing appetite for fine dining in scenic areas.
14:00~15:00	Sea of Silver Grass at Qingtiangang
Yangmingshan is known for north Taiwan’s earliest blooming silver grass, which is a snow-white phenomenon found on the sun-facing slopes in Qingtiangang and neighboring areas.
16:00~17:00	A natural phenomenon at Geothermal Valley
The Geothermal Valley is a hot spring fountain in Beitou Hot Springs Water Park. Also known as “Huang-shui-tou” or “Ghost Lake”, this steamy valley smells of sulfur and is reputed for high-temperature, therapeutic spring water. Many hot spring hotels have sprung up in the district to meet the increasing influx of visitors.
17:30~20:30	Hot tubs and hot spring-themed delicacies in Xinbeitou
After a hot spring bath, the best autumn pastime, don’t forget to pick up a few Beitou specialties, try local delicacies or enjoy the evening breeze along Beitou River.
