Local delicacies at night markets
The night market is unique in Taiwan’s culture. A wide variety of food can be found here including traditional delicacies and creative fusion dishes of exotic food. It reflects the nightlife and food culture of some Taiwanese people and therefore a must-visit for foreign tourists to experience Taiwanese life and try traditional delicacies.
Among the night markets, Huaxi Street Night Market in Taipei was famous for its snake meat dishes in the early days.
